It's not often I get to talk to someone who shares the same interest in philosophy, coaching and mindsets (except on these podcasts of course!). And to be so philosophically aligned made for a good flow of conversation before, during and after the podcast.
The difference between kindness and niceness, the importance of not stepping in too early as a leader, the structures to put around people to make risk safe.
